Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to orders placed on savebuxx.com.

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all parts, accessories and tags included.
Please keep your order number and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at support@savebuxx.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please add clear photos of the item and the packaging.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back before we confirm your return, because returns sent without instructions can’t always be matched to an order.
Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is complete.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item).
For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email support@savebuxx.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

Items that can’t be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items can’t be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect:

Baby teethers and other items designed to go in a baby’s mouth
Pet food, treats and supplements
Pet grooming and hygiene items that have been used (for example, nail clippers, muzzles and hair-removal gloves)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different color or size, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you have questions, just email us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card issuer, then email us at support@savebuxx.com and we’ll help.
